Does clearing the cache help?

Do you have OD set to run at startup AND have added a shortcut in the startup folder?

Is one tabbed and the other not? Are they the exact same dock in the same place?

Object Dock free or Object Dock plus?

The docks are the same,they are in the same place; they r not tabed, and my OD now is the free 1.9 version.

Clearing the cach may be a solution but i just dont know how to do it!!

that's a good question cause i've manipulated it once but now ther is only one file in
the folder, and when i disable the run at startup option, it doesn't start.

Sometimes, i do not have 2 docks, but the parameters window is opened at the same time with the dock.

Pleeaasse give me a hand!

in ODock configure > general tab > 1st option is load at start > checking that put a shortcut in the startup folder - putting your own shortcut and checking the option could cause conflict

i have 2 startup links!!
i download the code stuff starter (great program), the thing is that when i disable 1 of the 2 OD links, both of them r disabled!!!! how can i disable only one???

i couldn't clear the cache cause i do not have the desktopx folder, even allowing to show hidden folders

i'm sorry but i'm not so good with computers!!

unload ObjectDock - delete the folder - it will cause the default objectdock theme to run when you reload objectdock

i've deleted the the cach but i still have the 2 docks and the 2 startups are still shown in the starter programm!!!!

open od config - uncheck load at start
open the startup folder - delete any od shortcuts
clear the cache - delete the od folder there

reboot

run od

Yes Starter is handy thiing to have.
Try deleting the OD links, using the Starter app. Then use the OD config to Run at Startup, see if that helps.

Or follow Bichur's suggestion.

Have you installed a Vista Customization Pack or Flyakyte OSX? Some of these packs contain OD and when they install they will not appear in add/remove programs. I own a copy of OD plus when I installed Flyakyte, had hell getting rid of their version. Had to go through my CP and remove everything I could find that had to do with ObjectDock. Even in the registry. Then reinstall ObjectDock plus.

i've reiniciated my cmputer after doing what u've recomended, and i had one dock but the parameter window still appear at the begining!! what to do!!!!
remark: all the programs that starts when window starts have 2 icons in the starter program so maybe this is not the problem?????
also maybe installig flyakyte won't resolve the problem

   i still have the 2 docks problem!!! i lost patience with OD  , i think i will uninstall it, and instal another dock program, OD was my favorite

Lord NO!! Do not install Flyakite!!!! Maybe I was not Clear. This is what caused my problem.

When you highlight "All sections" on the left, you have 2 entries for each startup program?
If that's the case, you have a bigger problem than the annoyance with OD.

the other starting programs work well, the first shortcut is in the owner folder and the other one is in all users folder, my OD still shows 2 docks, i'm desperate, i'm downloading rocket dock right now, is it a good alternative to OD
