shut down buttons

when you click shut down you should get three selections: log off, shut down, restart.

but i get the classic scroll down thing, how can i change it?

my windows is not on classic mode, it happened after i used windowblinds

is your start menu in classic mode
right click - properties
you want 'start' not 'classic start'
