actually I do have a bruise from the first catch...I clenched my legs for a split second before letting go and yeah...ouch.

So HW....Mother's day, Birthday, Aniversary, Christmas....Valentines Day.....I am going to be SOOOO easy to shop for!

Yeah I wondered. I get up on the monkey bars with my kids to play and do penny drops (hang from my knees and flip back wards off) just like when I was a kid. But for some reason now, OUCH, after the second time I usually have bruises on the backs of my knees where I hang from the bar.
