Hiya.

I was going to upgrade to the latest Object Desktop, but I've been screwed by companies that happily state "Fully compatible with Windows 2000 and Windows XP". It seems that far too many companies just don't understand that "Windows XP" means "Windows XP Home, Windows XP Professional, and Windows XP Professional 64-bit". If they only mean XP as in "Home or Professional 32-bit" they should state it.

So, I do research first and try and see if the company actually means "XP" or not. Glad I did in this case. Maybe if/when Stardock specifically says "XP Pro 64-bit" on its OS requirements page I'll update. Until then, I'm keeping my $35.

I am having the same problem. People on the forums are saying that it is compatible with XP64x. I wonder if there is some kind of fix for this, I would like to buy the product if only I could get it working.
