Tray Doesnt Show Up In Most Skins.

This has sometimes happened to me as well. When you place you cursor over the task bar, does the cursor change to an hourglass? If so, the startup sequence has stalled which is what happens on my machine. The remedy I use is to call up the task panel (ctrl-alt-delete) and choose Shut Down and Log Off. When the Log In screen appears I log back in and the problem clears up. I have to mention this does not happen frequently on my machine (once every couple of weeks maybe) and usually after I've been making lots of changes.

This happens often if in WB config, Override default settings, you have set to use Small taskbar size, is best to use Skin decides taskbar size.

Open the WindowBlinds Configuration screen and click on View my system information.  Copy/paste that info here.

I have the same problem too my task bar disappears but the start button is still there and I have already overridden the settings. here is my info:
