Fire up Stardock central and it will be in the Misc. section.

Only OD+ 1.59b[b].012 is available at SDC Misc. section.
Even select "Tools"-"Check for Application Updates" manually don't change this.

That is the 1.6 beta; it's the beta for 1.6.

You must have ObjectDock Plus, which is the purchased version, in order to have access to the beta.
