Stellar Dream goes to black screen

The one Dream from Stardock that I paid money for goes to a black screen after about two minutes. This is Stellar Dream. Does anyone have any idea why this happens? My video card is a eVGA 8800 using the latest nVidea drivers. My CPU is an AMD 4600 Dual-core. Thanks for any help!!
