Not showing up in appearance menu

So I've installed v4 on XP and it said go to the appearance menu and you can change the different looks there, but I can't, I still have the the Windows Classic, Windows Media centre and Windows XP... nothing in that window has changed... what do I do?

I'd strongly recommend v5.5 on XP. However, is there a WB icon in your system tray?

There is no icon in the system tray and the version is 4.0.0.2 as far as I can find. I've tried restarting after the install, installing with the setting on classic windows, turning off my firewall well installing and fooling around, nothing seems to be working... can I upgrade to 5.5 for free?

No, the licensing system said that you got free upgrades up until the next major version change, so WB5 wouldn't be included. Upgrading is highly recommended though. There have been improvements in leaps and bounds since version 4. You can get the free trial though, but it only lasts 60 days and then reverts to the default skin.

If you had purchased 4.6 withing a certain time you would of had a free upgrade to 5.
