Re-Establishing a Paid-For Windows Suite

"Oxidized"

Hi..I bought "Oxidized" a month or so ago..when it was offered as a new look..but I had to return my computer to its factory restore point..and so..I lost all I had done to it. I have the file..but it has reverted to something Windows cannot open anymore. Id like to reestablish this suite....does anyone know who I need to talk to..or what I need to do in order to reconnect to that suite????

and yes..I have my reciept for the download.

Restore points ususally only remove software, but typically leave your private folders and your email alone.

The easiest thing therefore would be to find the email Stardock sent you when you bought the suite, containing your download link, and redownload the suite by clicking on the link.

Alternatively go to Stardock Support, enter the email-address under which you purchased the suite, and you will get sent an email containing your serial-numbers and a download-link to all the items you bought from Stardock.

It sounds like the programs the suite needs got uninstalled (windowblinds, iconpackager, etc). You'll need to figure out what components the suite uses and reinstall them.
