Can't get serial number resent

throws error

I have been trying to get my Object Desktop serial number resent from WWW Link but I keep getting this error:
"Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01ad'

ActiveX component can't create object: 'SDSerial.Generator'

/include/modRegLookup.asp, line 32"

I have tried it in Firefox and IE7 but it still won't work.
