Hidding Bar

Hello,
on start I want to apologize for my English

What's my problem?
This is how my deskop looks like now: http://img69.imageshack.us/img69/1291/untitled1hn0.jpg
Left bar (bookmarks) is "always on top", upper should be visible only on deskop. Everythig is fine excepting one thing: if I use "show deskop" icon (near "Start") upper bar is invisible. If I minimalize windows (using one o three buttons in upper-right corner of window) than upper bar is visible.

As we know "show deskop" isn't a typical .lnk file. It's a OS shell command:
Code: xml
  1. [Shell]
  2. Command=2
  3. IconFile=explorer.exe,3
  4. [Taskbar]
  5. Command=ToggleDesktop

So maybe it's possible to add here some code which display upper bar?

I hope somebody understoond my horrible language

EDIT:
I have one more problem. If I add a shortcut which fallow to a folder (not a file) during opening window it isn't in fullscreen...

object dock - configure
general tab
advance options > 1st one "prevent docks set to Always on top or Always on bottom..."

only works if the dock is set to always on top or always on bottom
configure> positioning > layering = Always on top or Always on bottom

show desktop is same as "windowskey+d"
