Minor races

I remember that one of the DL map progrems also had scenerio editor with options to let the minor races colonize. Anyone know how to mod the game so they always do that from the get go? Always wanted them to expand and have SOME impact on the game.

its in one of the xml files - but at this time the hard code takes precedent. even switching it to "on" does nothing unfortunately...

couple months back i was trying to do the same without any luck. However i havent tried since the DA launch, it does seem like the minors are at least a bit more active now.. can search for my posts as i cant remember off hand which file it is to mod.
