I bought this program and it will not come on---it says the XML file can't be found. What is an XML anyway and how could I find it on my computer?

Installed from disk or through Stardock Central Browser?

I went to the tools menu and to the refresh XML data and it still doesn't work---says the same thing (XML not available).

Start11 - Customize the Start Menu and Taskbar in Windows 10/11.

try switching servers, then refreshing.

fyi - I started having issues with SDC a little while back and updating WB (xml not found)

ended up having to uninstall SDC (reboot), download a new one, install(reboot), update then all's well

Well, crap.

Now I'm getting the xml not found when trying to update IconPackager.

Exception error sent (but I have never heard back on any sent before   )
