"All Programs" Skinning Problem?

Hey, I just started using winblinds today...I downloaded a nice theme and I'm loving the way everything looks. I just have one small problem/question:



As you can see, everything skins fine, except for the "All Programs" menu, which seems to be the default (and kind of ugly) gray. Is my winblinds having a problem? Does winblinds simply not skin the all programs menu?

It's not a huge problem, I'm just wondering if it should be doing that. Thanks for the help everyone, it's appreciated.

Just add an image for More programs menu > Background. Set margins accordingly and it should be fine.

There already seems to be a "More Programs" image inside the theme...and it already shows up when I open the main start bar. The problem is when I open the huge "all programs" section; that seems to be lacking an image. Are "More Programs" and "All Programs" the same thing? Should I try reinstalling or...?

Edit:
Oops, I can change the image file used for the all programs menu...but I can't make it transparent. Is there any way to do that? The "transparency" box inside skin studio is grayed out when I'm in the section for the all programs menu background. = \

That menu doesn't support transparency.
