Skin help

Don't know if it's right place

Hi

I've been trying for like 3 days strait to get and skin or suite to work. Can somebody please step me through getting this https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=574&libid=22 or this https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=497&libid=22 and what i need to get it?

So if anybody can help ill be happy.

P.s Im trasfering these onto a comp with no internet.

Both of those are "suites" and you need Theme Manager and the programs installed to load those - https://www.stardock.com/products/thememanager/
