Request: Live Local Radar from NWS on desktop

I have a request for a dream and dont even know if it is possible to do but it would be fantastic to be able to get live local radar map on your desktop that is animated and updates to a user defined amount. It would be helpful if this map also included overlays for watches and warnings as well.
To get an idea of what im talking about you might check out this product tha allows you to overlay static images.
