E-mailing problem

to users using ( user e-mail )

whenever I try to click-on
the ( user e-mail in their profiles ) for a person
it " NEVER " works always says " Error "
when trying to send it ...Why why why ??

running a Vista 64bit computer ..

a little help , please .

what if you click the user name in a forum post, then choose email?

It needs to work on their Profiles , I can't get a user profile
e-mail to work !
