Stardock Central - downloading what??

I think I accidental hit the Discussion tab in SDC and it started to download files form the news server. However, the dialog window that popped up was a bit weird:

one time i have get this message just one time after SDC crash. I reinstall reboot and never get the same problems. SDC has crashed in your PC?

it has updated itself as well since I posted this. and it still appears like this when I click the Discussion tab.
