HelloI run Vista Home Edition Premium Every time a change a skin I have to log off or re-boot for thskein to fully loaded. I am running latest WB I have a 1800 series ATI card 2 gig of ram on a Fatality MB running at 2.4 MNz. This is only a minoor problem but I do like things to work the way they are supposed to work. I ussally only have log of some times I have to re-boot to getthe skin to install properlyAny Help is appreciated

It also says we do not know whats in the DELL you bought last July I do not use a DELL The last time I bought a Dell it was 5 or six years ago. Do I have check never use Pixel borders on Skin
