Quick Launch Toolbar icons

Dunno which part of Object Desktop caused this, but every time I login the icons on the Quick Launch tool bar are incorrectly displayed. (ie. The Acrobat icons displays for Firefox). The icon is correctly defined in the short cut / link's properties. Unloading and reloading the toolbar corrects the display problem.

Ideas? Shouldn't have to unload/reload the toolbar each time I log in.
