Is it possible to select both campaigns when you have the expansion?

I have to load either my old exe, or the new exp exe in order
to play either/or campaign. Why do they both not appear on
the campaign list?

When you click on you first run Gal Civ and the mini menu opens up, there is an option that says "Switch Chapter". This switches between Dread lords and DA, you will have to be in the appropriate game to run the campaign that you want.

Actually, they both appear in the campaigns list for DA now.

Both campaigns are available under DA in the latest patch, but unfortunately there's a bug in the current version that also prevents campaigns from being continued beyond the first mission. This issue should be fixed in the next patch (1.6), when it is released.
