I cant install a theme on xp

from WinCustomize Forums
Sorry, you must hear this all the time, but im a beginner at this and just want a cool theme for my new computer. i would download a theme and when i open it, windows will say it cant open the file etc. il then try and dl it into the correct folder, or brose in my themes section. do i have to download any software or do anything just to get a theme?

any help will be appreciated, sam

It depends on what kind of theme you are downloading.  DesktopX, WindowBlinds, etc.

Read the WinCustomize Download Guide and it will tell you what software you need for the files you download.  Let us know if you still need some help.
