" Sky Lites " Weather widget going on 9 days in mod queue.
I have updated file 3 days ago as requested. Could someone please move it along. Its
kinda lost significance at this point as the Windowblind has come and gone. I'd just delete it if it was just something I made just for myself, but I make these because Jazzymjr asks me to.

I have had to mail this widget to several people because they don't understand why they see it in my gallery but the download says no access..

Thank you.. whoever took care of the " Sky Lites " Weather widget.
It was like a houseguest that over-stayed its welcome.

All the queues were reduced to nil this morning.

As the site has grown in size the number of active moderators have remained the same and the queues grown in length and time to public. This is why we have increased the number of staff. As soon as the new 'slaves' have settled in they'll be put to work.

The ultimate aim is to reduce waiting times and improve service - and allow me to spend Sunday morning in the garden      

I know that you do the lion's share of moderating at the moment. Most of the old moderators work for stardock now and they have weekends off..

And you should be in the Garden..

We don't really have much of a garden.....

WOM has a nice garden and a big yard but doesn't mod those.    But I keep up with mine.

The mods will let you know for sure if a submission is rejected, right? Do they have time to offer a reason?

Normally you will receive an email up to 5 days after you submit. If you havent received any notification ( and you checked your spam folder ) then it never hurts to ask in forum if its still in the Queue. As far as a reason, its usually an automated system that just notifies you and you would only receive a reason if there was a problem that needed to be fixed and then re-uploaded by you.

Speaking of lost, I uploaded some simple avatars, never heard anything about them, looked on my skins page, checked in moderation stuff and they weren't there for quite some time. I just thought they were lost and I gave up on them. I read in some other thread that the mod process was backed up (oh yeah, a post by Bandit4edu) Today, drudged my way out of bed, made my own coffee, painted some window shutters on the house came back here to check my gallery and to my surprise (POOF) there they were out of nowhere. Nothing like keeping it interesting.
