  Ok guys, fix this for me if you can, here is the bug.. and here's what J. Aroche (poster) said it was doing.

I myself also experienced misplaced images and flashing in different areas of the start menu in the initial stages of making the user panel animation but it went away as I finished the Panel. I also had a couple of other people mention it. Could It be the width of the User panel image, its 20 states and 8500px wide.. when I tried adding one more frame.. it wouldnt work at all so I had to settle for 20 states and assumed 8500px was maxed out for width. I haven't found a wider image in any other previous WB's. 

Please help on this I plan to do a lot of animating in future skins and I dont want this to happen again.
