downloading trouble

im new to stardock central. i downloaded it SDC like the link said but now i can't use the serial number to register. it pops up with a message that says serial number is invalid make sure you are cutting and pasting exactly the way it is, and i am. so anyone got any ideas?? and this is for the Dark Avatar expansion.

I had exactly the same problem. I emailed [email protected] with the problem including the serial that didn't work and they sent me another.

There is an automated ticket number generated and emailed back to you, also if you email again asking for an update it just sends your complaint to the bottom of the queue.

Not sure if they work weekends though.
