No manual

I have just purchased Gal Civ II and was wondering if there should be a user manual in there as there wasn't one with mine ?

There should have been one included. There is a PDF manual on the CD and in the main install folder, but if you'd like a print manual I suggest returning your copy to the place of purchase for a replacement.
