Defualt Skin on Reboot

I was cleaning my registry and my program removed the Windows Blinds start up. I just want to know if there is a way to add it back up to the start up programs, without having to re install it.

It depends on what you removed.

If wbconfig refuses to open then you will need to reinstall. If it opens then you should be able to apply the skin and then it should be working next time you reboot.
