Window skinning doesnt seem to fully skin...

Good evening,
I'm trying out WB, looking at some of these nice Vista themes (WWW Link
However, when I install I get something like this:
WWW Link instead of what should be a nice glassy vista theme. This happens for all my windows, not just firefox, etc... additionally, I have made sure to check that it is using the correct version.
My system info:
