Problem with DesktopX Widgets

I have noticed a few problems with DesktopX widgets since I have begun using them. I can't get the widgets to reliably load with each startup, sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. When I reload them manually they automatically load in the positions I set them to previously. It is annoying to have to manually load them each time. And yes, I do have the startup box checked, so its something else.

I have also noticed an instability in some utility programs if desktopX is running, like Ad-Aware and System Mechanic.

Any help will be appreciated.
