Isolationists

Does anyone how the reduction of speed is calculated when an enemy ship travels in your space? Since this is one of the traits that this super ability ( isolationists ) has.

Yep - it's simply that if an enemy ship starts it's turn in "Isolationist" space, it is limited to a max movement rate of 3, regardless of the ships normal speed.

If it starts one parsec outside the area, it gets it's full movement capability for that turn (so yes, it is possible to do hit and run attacks).
