Logon Help?
from
Stardock Forums
A friend of mine was using my laptop for personal use.
She didn't plug it into an external power and let it run the batter out.
Causing it to crash.
My computer will not go pass the "boot screen".
I've tried every safe mode there is.
And even tried bypassing the "log in" screen to get to my desktop with my OS cd.
But it won't load the OS because it has to load windows in order to do so.
And my laptop just won't do it.
I figure it has something to do with my logon screen.
And this has never happened to me, until i started messing with logon screens.
Usually with DesktopX, if you don't shut it down manually. It doesn't load up when starting the computer the next time.
So I figured the reason my computer won't load into the "log in" screen is because of my logon screen and my computer crashing.
I'm quite at my wits ends and will do anything to fix my computer.
I've looked in many forums and nothing.
I don't know what to do.
