Can not retrieve Weather Information

I have followed all the instructions in previous post and still can not get weather to work. I live in the Ardmomre, Ok area (73401) and have tried several things to make this work. Any ideas? Please help.

do you have a firewall? did it ever pull any info using the default zip? are you connected to the internet?
