1. If someone is receiving porn emails [unsolicited] it would fall under Federal jurisdiction.  Report them.

2. Asserting that someone at/from Wincustomize is sending them is unwise as it makes one succeptible to issues of Libel/Defamation.

3.  If there is evidence of such, see #1.

Night Train, Fairyy...I really like and respect both of you, and it sucks to see the two of going at it like this. Nothing personal, but this is some of the ugliest stuff I have seen come out of this crap since it started. It's like watching two members of my family try to rip each other up. If someone is sending her porn, she should report them to the police. I am pretty sure it is illegal.

Personally, I think it highly unlikely that anyone is doing that. How many people know her email address? How many people are malicious enough to do that?

I get porn email too (spam), I don't think I was targeted though.

If I were to believe that she was being sent porn because of what was happened here . . I would bet it was porn from DA.

There are people on any site that can do that. Any site that allows free accounts to be created can end up with that.

Look, guys, this is exactly the kind of crap that pushes people away and turns off new skinner.

How about this: If you're a miserable person who likes to spread misery, go somewhere else. Is that straight forward enough?

This is a place where people come to have fun and enjoy themselves. I don't care how many skins or themes someone has here, if they're going to be nasty and unpleasant in their dealings on the forums, they either need to leave or I will remove their capability to post in the forums.

I'm generally a miserable & crusty person (ask my friends, family, wife, dog, hamster, etc.),
I come to this site for a bit of a break from reality (skinning provides that break) and to be part of something that's uplifting, cool & unique - I personally would prefer that it be kept that way.

Hugs, hi-5's, handshakes, thumb wars, smiley faces, whatever it takes just get on it and remember why you're a member of this site in the 1st place.

- I heard from her this this afternoon - her original email said she was receiving porn and ' tirades' from people on the subject at hand ...she deleted the emails and put a block on her server to allow only people in her address book...so its over.

Her email address was posted on her profile so it was available for anyone - she has removed it.
