Black Bar with Trial Version

I know so very little about whats going on with this program and unfortunatly I cant even tell you which program is causing me issues. I downloaded something called Theme Manager and in that program there were another 6 or 8 programs that Theme Manager asked me to download. I installed just about everything and tried a few theme packages and found one I like. I seem to be having a problem with my roboform tool bar. Roboform is an autopassword saving program which is pretty nice for me to have. At any rate, when I launch IE 7 the window shows black bars where Roboform should be. If I shrink the window a bit the black bars go away. If I highlight the icons on the toolbar, the black bars go away for a split second or two. After I fool around with the bar and window for a few minutes the black bars go away and the tool bar looks normal. I tried enabling a feature in windows blinds that says "if you have corrupt title bars enable this feature" and I also checked the box next to it to never use pixels on skins or something similar. Anyway, no feature I have found has corrected this issue yet. Again this is a trial unregistered version. Thanks.
