windowblinds

hi all, i have got wb paid version, when i have taskbar on top with locked position, after a reboot i have to unlock the taskbar and then lock it again because either the top wallpaper is shifted to the side alittle  and or  its like the top taskbar pushed the wallpaper down, if you know what i mean. unlock then lock again gets everything back to normal. after doing this, you can see it all come back where its suppose to be. wb theme is vectra....thanks

Image fix:

I see no borking of files.
Unless you have Object Dock hidden up there, I'm guessing it has to do with the locked taskbar. Mine's usually unlocked (never had a reason to lock it) and I haven't hit that issue. However, I usually have it at the bottom anyway. But, I'm getting ready to reboot due to updating SDC, so I'll move mine, lock it and see what happens.

your link in #3 is a broken place holder for me (extraneous linkage in the link), so I shortened it until I could get to the full pic, then tried to post it here by clicking insert image - however my inserted image (your jpg) is showing as a broken place holder to me also.

quite replying, I need to reboot

I saw it.

I also saw it when I initially moved the bar to the top, then locked and unlocked and locked.

and after reboot, when I dragged it back down.

Haven't tried it with default windows - but I'm guessing it's a Windows thing - attempting to situate visually the same 'view' of the wall and allowing room for the bar.

You can see it just moving your bar to the 4 sides and locking/unlocking

All you have to do is right click your desktop > refresh and it will place the wall back to where its supposed to be for whichever taskbar you are using.

Its just windows compensating for where your taksbar is placed and not doing a very good job at it.

Oh and.. nice theme !

about vectra wb, my start menu is bigger than the vectra screenshot. is there a smaller start menu hidden somewhere ?...thank you
Reply #17 Top
Vectra only has a standard start menu, the only way yours could be bigger is height wise. This is due to number of items you have on start menu as compared to vStyler. Right click on start button, properties, customize start menu. General tab has setting for programs side, advanced tab lets you select what is on places side. The number of items you have pinned to the places side increases start menu height.
