Help: Problem with OD being shown within pages?

Hi! I am new here and just go the OD however whenever I surf the net or open a folder the dock is always seen and often times I cannot scroll since it's in the way. how do u fix the problem?

Go into the dock settings, find where it says "always on top" ...and un-check it.
