Uninstall Problems

After running a forum search, I couldn't find an answer to my problem:

I uninstalled WindowBlinds and now I no longer have the WindowsXP theme. All I have is windows classic. Is there anything I can do to get my Fischer Price coloring back?

Did you switch it back to XP default before uninstalling? If not reinstall Windowblinds, switch it to XP default, then uninstall and that should hopefully fix it.

I reinstalled windowblinds, and now here's the situation:

In windowblinds, there's the other themes that come with windowblinds and "Windows Classic".

In the display properties control panel, under the Themes tab, there's only My Current Theme and Windows Classic (no windowsXP). Under the appearance tab, there's "Windows Classic Style" and "Windows XP Style" but switching to "Windows XP Style does nothing and when i reopen the window its set back to Windows Classic Style.

You may have to re-enable the themes service in XP?

under themes tab for me Windows XP is the 3rd in the list
I have Windows XP next to Classic in WB configuration (all the way to the left in the list)

did you ever turn off themes services?

Corky O also had method for getting XP themes back.. searching......

I've managed to solve it. I had to turn the Themes service back on. Thanks for all the help everyone.
