My Documents

I want to add a shortcut to my documents, but i want to be able to drop files into it? SO that they will go into the actual My Documents folder.

Is this possible?

There's a couple of ways you can do it. One is to move the files to your desktop. Click on edit, click 'move to', select desktop and the file will show up there. Then simply drag and drop the file into My Documents. The actual address is C:\Documents and Settings\user name\My Documents\File Name. That's the actual folder. Other ways are possible but I find this the easiest. Hope this helps. The icon on your desktop is the shortcut but if you rightclick on it you can create another by clicking on 'create a shortcut'. Put it wherever you want. Sound confusing?

I don't believe that level of drag and drop is supported.
