Why would the Irish Online Lottery be based in Britain?
The Australian Lotto scam is based in Darwin BTW.

Compalints to yahoo always fall on deaf ears, surely if scammers use them as drop off addresses it should not take very long for the addy to be cancelled after a couple of complaints if yahoo was seriously anti spam and scam.
