WB 5.0 and Opening Skins

I just upgraded to WB 5.0. When I download a skin and try to open it after download, it kicks me to the windows classic view. Also, when I open up the Appearance tab and then click on Windowblinds, the skin doesn't even show up on the view list of available skins (even after refreshing). Any ideas about what is going wrong here? As always, many thanks for your help and input.

Just open WindowBlinds, go to System Info (or Troubleshooting) and paste the contents here.

Double-click on the WB5 icon in your system tray (lower right corner) and then click on System Info. From the resulting screen copy/paste that here.

p.s. Older skins are loading fine and do show up in the Windowblinds selectin window.
