I really hate sinus headaches. They royally suck moose teat.

My sinuses have been bothering me since I woke up this morning. Damn cold front. Every time I have to bend over, even a little, it feels like my head is gonna explode. This shit sucks. The whole sinus thing is a very poor design.

Try a really hot steamy shower, & therflu.. it really helps me when my sinus & allergy prob flare up... (only 1-2 x a month)

Just think hot liquids.. like tea... etc..

Did the hot shower thing already. And hot washcloth on the face a couple times after that.

Mine too. a pot of coffee and 2 ibuprofens on an empty stomach usually do the trick, but not today for some reason.

Try some Alka Seltzer Plus. Nasty tasting stuff, but it always works for me, dries things right up, and fast. It'll put hair on yer chest, too! (warning to the ladies, haha.)
