Cannot install DeskSpaces: Requires Windows DreamScene

I tried installing DeskScapes but on install I get the message:

DeskScapes requires Windows DreamScene(tm) be installed. Please use the Windows Ultimate Extras link under the Start menu to connect to Windows Update and download DreamScene. The installation will now exit.

Now, I do have DreamScene installed, it was installed by Windows Update. So I don't get why it doesn't detect it.

I'm running Windows Vista 64-bit on a Dell Dimension 9100.

Any ideas?
