How to get the two Premium Themes included in Subscription?

Hello,

I'm new to this, customer of Desktop Objects und subscribed for Wincustomize.com
How to get the two Premium Themes included in the subscription?
When I visit the store the Checkout Basket is asking for a coupon... I don't get a coupon. Have I to give in the serial no. or else?
