Unable to Upgrade.

Greetings,

I have purchased Objectdock Plus and have received my confirmation - along with my serial and order numbers.

I had Objectdock installed beforehand on my computer (testing it out and such before actually buying it). Now, however, it would seem I cannot get the Plus version.

I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling/deleting the program folder/etc., but nothing is working.

I appreciate your timely responses and helpful answers; have a lovely Valentine's Day.

You have uninstalled OD (Free) and OD+ and rebooted then downloaded OD+ and reinstalled?

Are you using SDC?

Thank you, Zubaz for your very fast response.

I apologize for the inconvenience; however, I have found the problem.

I did indeed have to use SCS to register and install the Plus version.

A very silly, silly mistake.
