Extract PNG frames

What software can do this?

I'm trying to get the frames out of a animated png file. Anybody got any ideas on what software can do this? Thanks for your help.

I'm kinda adding something here for two reasons. 1. To bump the thread cause I can't believe no one has any ideas and 2. I may have actually worded the question wrong. When you use Stardocks "AniUtil" to assemble a series of png images for CursorXP. I'm wanting something that can extract those frames back out. Any Takers? Please? Even if you have to lie to me!

I use the crop tool in either PSP or Irfanview - tedious but works

example .png 150x1500 = 10 frames 150x150 put into a png strip
open the strip start cropping out 10 150x150 frames

irfanview is real tedious - crop one at a time whilst reopening the strip to get the new crop

psp on the other hand - select your crop - click the check mark - copy, paste as new image, go back to the cropped, undo, select new crop, click the check mark, copy, paste as new image, etc, etc...etc

Thanks Bichur, I was kind of leaning that way. After doing some thinking (which really hurt by the way) it finally dawned on me that it's not really an animation like a gif or a mng file. Therefore it has a different requirement. I really appreciate you taking the time to think on it and post your thoughts! Thanks, Rad

yeah, once it's in that strip it's like a panoramic - one pic

I find the cropping etc easier (though still tedious) via PSP as opposed to Irfanview - though Irfanview does give me an easier option of selecting the crop size and position (so it will pop up where you want it, if you set the x,y)
