You know, I was wondering the same thing. It's listed on the Stardock Design page as a suite of gadgets or something, but doesn't mention the windowblinds skin. It does look a lot like WC Select though.

That's what I thought too. But I seem to remember seeing somewhere else before. Now it's bugging me!!
It aint WC Select, if you see the start button is Stardock's logo and in WC Select the start button is the WC lizard, but I really don't know which one is it

Hence why I said it looks a lot like it.
Some of the basic elements anyway.
I honestly think this windowblind is an internal wb for stardock employees. Maybe they'll put it out for sale.
