Toolbar installation

I'm using Window Blinds 4 and I cant figure out how to install a new toolbar I have which goes with my theme. Can anyone help?

did it come as a xxxxx.wba?

if so, double click it, then open WB config and check the 'toolbar' section

Would it be the same with styler tool bars? I have a couple that I downloaded from DA.
One of them is a Mac based theme. It came with iChat, iTunes (neither of which I use)
and I just keep them in a separate folder. Different styler toolbars come with them and I'm hoping someone can tell me how to install them. Thanks

It looked promising but the movie can't be found . The tool bar came as a bunch of png pictures and a dll file and theres no way to install it into window blinds.

You can't install it into Windowblinds, you have to use the Styler program. I could never get it working the way it was supposed to so I got rid of it.
