Purchase Gold Edition Download

I'd expect that since it is still in "preorder" status, you won't be able to download anything until release. Generally preorders aren't charged until the product is available, and you wouldn't get a serial number until you're charged. That's just how it looks to me though--you'd have to get word from Yarlen or sales for an authoritative answer (they'll be back tomorrow).

Thanks, I thought it might be but was worth asking. I was just hoping that I wouldn't have to wait 10 days now I know I can get GalCiv2 working. Oh well, back to the original game for now I suppose.

For the record, those that pre-ordered in time to get into the beta have already been charged. I say those that pre-ordered it the day pre-orders were avaliable should get to DL it now, but that's just my thought on the subject .

If I purchase the Gold Edition download, will I have to wait for Dark Avatar to be released before being able to download GalCiv2?

GC2 is $19.95 or 2 tokens

DA is $29.95 or 3 tokens

If you aren't a totalgaming.net member, a subscription will cost you $70 and give you 10 tokens. So it may be a good bargain if there are some games available on TGN that you want buy with the remaining token
