I have an Icon Pack in moderation....yet it has comments on it from non-moderators and they were also able to rate it, but not download it. How is this visible to them? I dont mind that they can access it, i'm just curious how?

Thanks, Po White pearl has never looked so good. Brings a tear to my eye everytime I look this thread over. And, Skinhit you gave a good accounting for yourself. Seeing Po on parade day like that was just a rare treat indeed. Keep up the good work and thanks again for reminding me to never post a personal photo.
