Buggy min, max, close . start button icon images in WB Beta for Vista Home Basic

What can I say... if you use skins such as dreamland... and then point to the minimize , maximize and close buttons, it looks like as if elements of Windows Aero try and appear over it.!
On Mike Bryants Arrow skin, the start menu is wrong, and aero is trying to pop through. Hmm maybe microsoft did this on purpose to get us to upgrade to premium to have glassy effects? I DONT THINK SO!
